IT REQUIRED TWO SHARK BITES VALUED AT TEN DOLLARS AND A SMALL PIECE OF REPLACEMENT HOSE (1 FT) MAYBE TWO DOLLARS. SO PARTS 25 DOLLARS. TECH PUT REPLACEMENT HOSE AND TWO SHARK BITES IN FIVE MINUTES. I EXPECTED TO PAY UNDER 100. CHARGED ME 170. WAY TO MUCH FOR FIVE MINUTE JOB AND 23 DOLLARS IN PARTS. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR ESTIMATE PRIOR TO JOB. I HAVE USED OTHER COMPANIES IN THE PAST THAT FOR SIMILIAR JOB BILL WOULD BE NO MORE THAN 70. I WAS OVER CHARGED OVER 100 DOLLARS.
Very helpful folks. Everyone from the office workers to the technician. Showed up in the rain to complete the job (1 hour from Athens), less than 12 hours after I had requested it.
